A Glimpse into the life of Dr Sonal Parihar
A multitasking, multifaceted, beauty with brains, Dr Sonal never stops herself from exploring various horizons of life. A doctor, fashion icon, influencer, educator, trainer, director and now an actor, Dr Sonal is a perfect example of a woman who paves her way and shines through!
Sonal Parihar was born into a family with ideals of humanity, culture, compassion, and social responsibility. She attended her school in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. Selected into both engineering and medical schools, she decided to pursue medicine. In 2000, in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, she married an orthopaedic surgeon, after completing her post-graduation. They were soon blessed with a son and daughter. Dr Sonal, along with her husband, founded the Multi-speciality hospital, Sonaa MediHub in their hometown- Jodhpur.

Dr Sonal is promoting the best standard of gynecologic treatments and reproductive health based on advanced research and innovation techniques through her hospital. She strikes the ideal balance between her family, her career, her social obligations, and her care. Her dedication towards her passion and profession reflects her as a charismatic and knowledgeable persona.
Always a keen fashion follower and trendsetter, at the age of 44, she broke out of her comfort zone, and attended various training sessions for the pageant walk and Q&As. She demonstrated that “Age is just a number” and that nothing is insurmountable if you work hard for it. She represented our nation in Las Vegas in 2018 and took home the title of Mrs Earth International.
